The Japanese mega-retailer invited designers Jasper Morrison, Konstanin Grcic, and Naoto Fukasawa to visualize their cozy tiny house escapes from the hustle of the city. You will find one of the minimalistic tiny house designs that show how the simplicity of a tiny house design in its lines and the use of barely any furniture inside, can create a certain calmness, and feeling of peace. This tiny house is stunning. The exterior is black with a corrugated gray metal roof, lots of glass and a black chimney that goes inside. The interior of the tiny house design, is almost the reverse using light grey or concrete for the floor, a small wood stove for heat, all light wood on the walls and ceiling. A simple round light is used for lighting the space. The use of furniture is minimal, with a cot, a couple of table and chairs. There is a sink off to one side. This tiny space feels spacious and uncluttered and offers a place that makes you want to look outside through the glass, and just read a book or sit back and relax. Beautiful!
