No Bake Coconut Cream Cheesecake

Cheesecake is a very incredibly popular dessert, and there are really so many awesome variations of it. If you want some yummy cheesecake, but don't have time, try this recipe for a No Bake Coconut Cream Cheesecake! Cheesecake is most likely on pretty much every restaurant menu you will see when you dine out. But sometimes you want to have it at home, and don't really want to make a whole cake to enjoy just one little taste of it. This is why this no bake coconut cream cheesecake is so awesome, because you can make it so quickly and it makes just a nice smaller amount. The recipe makes 20 oz in total, so just enough to share between 2 people or more, if you split it up into smaller portions, maybe for a party or for kids. You can put it into little shot glasses that can be used as the vessel to eat the cheesecake from. This makes for a nice little party treat and sometimes the perfect size for kids.
