The recipe for this cream puff recipe comes from Naples Frank, and it calls for basic whole ingredients like heavy cream, vanilla, confectioners sugar, water and butter. You will also need butter, flour, salt, and eggs. To make the cream puff pastry recipe, you will start with some water and butter in a medium sized saucepan. Then you will add some flour and salt. Mix the ingredients together with a wooden spoon until the dough begins to form into a ball. Then transfer the cream puff dough to a stand mixer. Using the beater blade attachment, beat the eggs into the cream puff dough one at a time. Then transfer the cream puff dough into a pastry bag that has a plain tip. Then squeeze some of the cream puff dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. With a wet finger smooth out the point formed by the pastry bag on each of the cream puff.
