Chicken Alfredo roll-ups might sound a little complicated but it's not. It's only a rolled lasagna noodles filled with shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Here are some interesting facts about the origins of the Alfredo sauce that we all love. In 1914, there was a man named Alfredo Di Lelio of Italy who was trying to cook something to please his pregnant wife. He created a sauce made from parmesan cheese and butter and poured it over some fettuccine. Tada! this marks the birth of the yummy Alfredo sauce.

Mozarella cheese is a kind of cheese, originally from southern Italy, traditionally made from Italian buffalo milk by the pasta filata method. This is usually use not only in different pasta but also in pizza.

For this recipe, you can either make your own sauce or buy those pre made ones in the grocery. Some suggests that home made sauce is better because you can adjust it according to your own preferences. Preparation time is 20 minutes and cooking time is 30 minutes. Make sure to cook the lasagna noodles according to its package directions.
