This next lemon recipe is one I have to try, an inverted lemon meringue pie, to start you make the meringue recipe, shape on a baking pan into a crust layer, bringing up the mixture on the sides of the baking sheet, cook for 2 1/2 hours, and then leave in oven for another 30 minutes, let cool. Then you will prepare the lemon curd recipe, and the whipping cream recipe, and fold the cooled lemon curd recipe into the whipping cream recipe. Next you will layer the lemon mixture recipe over the cooled meringue, and cut into square, amazing.
