By putting a pencil between your teeth but not biting, you automatically relax your jaw muscle to do this, and thus can prevent the pain of a headache. Bad breath is another common ailment that people suffer from, something to help this is yogurt which can suppress levels of bad breath causing bacteria. Lemon balm has antiviral properties that work to tame this type of herpes outbreak. Prepare the lemon balm tea by brewing two to four tablespoons of the herb per cup of boiling cup of boiling water. Let it cool, then dot with a cotton ball on the cold sore several times a day. Urinary tract infections can be a common problem especially with women, at the first sign of symptoms, drink a solution made with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda mixed in 8 ounces of water.
